Product Details

Vietnam is a beautiful country; rich in its variety of indigenous and European cuisines prepared perfectly.. There is surprisingly beautiful food available nearly everywhere. The national dish is called Pho – a broth in which noodles (rice or quinoa), vegetables, and chicken or beef or pork or shrimp or meatballs or Tofu can be selected and added.

Instructions:

Thaw main freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.
Add the contents of freezer bag to crockpot.
If you have Pork, Chicken or Tofu or Meatballs add in the beginning of the cook time.
If you have Beef dd after 1/2 hour of cooking and if you have Shrimp add last 15 mins
Add water according to number of servings. (2 cups per serving for this meal)
Make sure the crockpot is more than 1/2 full - otherwise it will cook hot and you will need to reduce times
Cook on high for 1.5 hours

Cooking Noodles
Last 20 minutes of total cook time, boil enough water (kettle or stove top) to soak noodles for 8-10 mins pr until firm but tender.
Rinse noodles in cold water.
Add noodles last 2 mins of cook time.

Slow Cooker:
Cook on “high” setting for 1.5 hours in a 6-quart crockpot or 2 hours in a 2-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a half to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)

Pressure Cooker (Insta Pot/Ninja Foofie:
Pressure cook mixture for 2 - 3 mins thawed out, 4-5 mins if from frozen
Release pressure and add rice noodles
Replace lid and use keep warm function for 5 mins or noodles are tender.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with wedges of limes, bean sprouts,fresh basil, fresh jalapenos , hoisin sauce, sriracha, chili garlic sauce and/or a green salad.
