Our Thai Peanut Curry with vegetables is a mildly spiced and flavored dish that is popular among people who prefer a mellow taste of curry and is the best choice for kids who love the peanut butter flavors. Thai Peanut Curry has a large proportion of gluten-free, no salt peanut butter, curry, ginger, garlic, basil and coconut milk. Serve with cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa, butter lettuce cups and/or green salad. (not included with your meal.)

To make our Puffed Pastry hand helds or pot pie's we first use our All Prepped Up recipe that can be purchased frozen for your slow cooker / Insta Pot / Stove top and/or Oven and precook it to perfection. We then fill the hand held or pot pie puffed pastry with this wonderful cooked ingredients, flash freezing the raw pastry for you to remove it from the freezer and bake it from frozen or you can thaw first and then bake it. Either way.

We make the hand helds 7" big, filled with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of ingredients. Enough for a large single serving and can be complemented with a salad. The Pot Pies are 5.5" round by 1.75" deep filled 2/3 of a cup to 1 cup of ingredients. Truly enough for a very large appetite plus left overs or serves two to three comfortably especially with a nice side salad.

Cook from Frozen or Thaw freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.
Add the contents of freezer bag to baking sheet.
From Frozen Bake at 375F for 30-45 mins or until golden brown.
From Thawed Out Bake at 375F for 15-25 mins or until golden brown.
