Product Details

When you think of Japan maybe you think Sushi is the national dish, but in fact the National Dish of Japan is Beef Curry and Rice. No, we are not mistaken. The aroma of the Indian spice has won over Japanese food lovers and become a regular part of their national culture. In this dish we use organic grass fed beef chuck, potatoes, carrots and onion all cooked in a thick "Golden Curry" to make a delicious meal that is served with jasmine rice.

Instructions:
Thaw main freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.
Add the contents of freezer bag to crockpot.
Add water according to number of servings. (1/2 cup per serving for this meal)
Make sure the crockpot is more than 1/2 full - otherwise it will cook hot and you will need to reduce times

Slow Cooker:
Cook on “low” setting for 2-3 hrs for Tofu, 3-4 for chicken, 5- 7 hours for beef in a 6-quart crockpot or 3-4 hrs for tofu, 4-6 hours for chicken or 6-8 hours for beef in a 2-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a half to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)

Pressure Cooker (Insta Pot/Ninja Foofie:
Pressure cook mixture for 10 - 12 mins thawed out, 12-15 mins if from frozen
Release pressure and serve with rice

Serving Suggestion: Serve with sesame seeds, rice and/or a green salad.
