Product Details

The ultimate in old-fashioned comfort fare, this slow cooked pot roast (beef or pork) is complimented by the sweet potatoes, carrots, organic rosemary and greek thyme, then cooked until the beef shreds and the sweet potatoes are soft. Makes great leftovers too. Serve with bread and/or a green salad. (not included with your meal.)

Instructions:
Thaw freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.
Add the contents of freezer bag to crockpot and add appropriate amount of water according to the number of servings.
For 1-2 servings add one cup of water, for 3-4 servings add 2 cups of water for 5-6 servings add 3 cups of water and for 7-8 servings add 4 cups of water.

Slow Cooker:
Cook on “low” setting for 6 hours in a 6-quart crockpot or 8-10 hours in a 4-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time). Remove bay leafs.

Pressure Cooker:
10 to 15 minutes from frozen or 8 to 12 minutes thawed.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with bread and/or green salad and/or steamed broccoli.

Organic sweet potatoes (1/4 lbs per serving)

Organic bay leaves
Organic rosemary
Organic greek thyme
Finely ground sea salt
Medium ground pepper
Organic gluten free low sodium beef broth cube
