Domoda is the national dish of Gambia. It is a delicious “peanut stew” consisting of organic grass fed beef or chicken or pork or lamb, sweet potatoes and carrots, and a saucy tomato base. It is positively delicious and PACKED with flavor!!

Instructions:

Thaw freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.

Add the contents of freezer bag to crockpot.

Slow Cooker:

Cook on “low” setting for 6 - 8 hours in a 6-quart crockpot or 8-10 hours in a 4-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)

Pressure Cooker: 15 - 16 mins thawed out, 17-18 mins if from frozen

Serving Suggestion: Serve with cauliflower rice, ACU rice, butter lettuce cups and/or green salad.

Organic beef chuck roast or pork shoulder roast or lamb roast (1/3 lbs per serving)
Organic Sweet Potatoes (1/3 lbs per serving)
Organic sliced onions
Organic diced tomatoes
Organic tomato paste
Organic Peanut butter
Organic diced green chili
Organic minced Gilroy garlic
Organic cumin
Organic turmeric
Organic ground sea salt
Organic finely ground pepper
Organic cinnamon
Organic chili powder
Organic basil
Organic low sodium beef broth
