The flavors in our Jalapeno Lime Shredded Pork were made for pork and soak into the green beans. This recipe is so delicious, everyone in your family will love it. It is not spicy at all, but very flavorful. If you want some heat, add some fresh chopped jalapenos at the end – either mix it into the pork or simply serve on the side as a condiment. Oh so good! Serve with rice, tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped avocados, slasa. (not included with your meal.)

Instructions:

Thaw freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.

Add contents of bag to the crockpot.

Slow Cooker:

Cook on “low” setting for 6 hours in a 6-quart crockpot or 8-10 hours in a 4-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time) Remove bone and shred pork. Strain juice left in crockpot and mix with meat. Serve cooked onions jalapenos on meat if you want to add some spice.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with rice, tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped avocados.
