Carlsbad BBQ Maple Ribs with Sweet Potatoes

Product Details

These mouthwatering slow cooked boneless pork ribs or beef ribs are "to die for." The Canadian maple syrup brings a slight sweetness which when combined with the tang of the organic apple cider gives you a perfect balance of "savory." The smokey paprika with the slight chili bite gives your pallet a lingering feeling of wanting another bite. Serve with side of corn on the cobb and/or green salad. (not included with your meal.)

Instructions:
Thaw freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.
Add the contents of freezer bag to crockpot.

Slow Cooker:
Cook on “low” setting for 6 hours in a 6-quart crockpot or 8-10 hours in a 4-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)

Optional: Pour contents of crockpot onto a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Ninja Foodie Option: Cook on "low" setting for 5.5 hours. Remove beef ribs and sauce from pot and place ribs on airfrying rack. Airfry for 5 mins each side.

Serving Suggestion: corn on the cob, green salad and/or steamed broccoli.
