This Meal Severs 6-8

We only sell this dish as a whole roast lef of lamb (average weight 4lbs), potatoes and carrots. This makes delicious meal that is served with jasmine rice.

Instructions:

Thaw main freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in the morning in cold water.

Remove from plastic bag

Add to the crockpot.

Add water 2 cups

Slow Cooker:

Cook on “low” setting for 6 - 8 hours in a 6-quart crockpot or 6-8 hours in a 2-quart crockpot. (make sure your slow cooker is between a half to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)

Pressure Cooker (Insta Pot/Ninja Foofie:

Pressure cook mixture for 10 - 12 mins thawed out, 12-15 mins if from frozen

Release pressure and serve with rice

Serving Suggestion: Serve with rice and/or a green salad.

Freshly minced Gilroy garlic
Finely ground sea salt
Stone ground pepper
Organic potato (2 lbs for meal)
Organic carrots (1 lbs for meal)
Organic rosemary
Organic Thyme
Organic Olive Oil
Organic low sodium beef broth
